1. You will enter payment amount, invoice # (House number of address) and your Debit or Credit Card information (either will be accepted). A small processing fee (1.5% + $.50) will be added.

2. Click PAY if you accept, then on the next page, if you would like a receipt, provide your email address. Signing up with Obopay is not required to make payment.
